Which areas does Moonymama deliver postpartum meals to?

Moonymama offers postpartum meal delivery across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including Markham, Richmond Hill, North York, Scarborough, Vaughan, and nearby communities. Our meal programs are designed to support postpartum recovery, breastfeeding nutrition, and traditional Hong Kong & Chinese confinement practices for new mothers recovering at home.

剖腹產後的飲食一般建議以溫和、易消化及有助恢復為主。Moonymama 的剖腹產月子餐包括補身湯水、高蛋白質食材、營養均衡配搭及適合產後恢復的中式食療。我們亦會避免過於刺激或油膩的食物,幫助媽媽於產後初期慢慢恢復體力。

我們一般建議客人於預產期前 2 個月預訂月子餐,以便安排配送及餐單準備。如有臨時需求,亦歡迎聯絡我們查詢可供應日期。

We generally recommend booking postpartum meals 2 months before the expected delivery date to ensure meal preparation and delivery scheduling. Last-minute inquiries may also be accommodated depending on availability.
