After 30 days of childbirth, the guidelines for the adjustment of the stage are based on the first week of exposure, the second week of haemorrhaging with a healthy spleen, the third week of ablution with breast milk, the fourth week of a firm-up diet and rest; and, at the same time, the preparation of care for abdominal and caesarean injuries, breast problems, ablution routes and medical calls for a daily monthly meal and family support for Toronto's new mother.
